Responsibilities:

• Act as Responsible Officer to supervise Type 2 regulated activity (futures) as defined under Securities & Futures Ordinance (SFO)
• Overall supervision of futures operation to ensure the compliance with the company policies, statutory rules and regulations
• Develop and train employees; conduct timely performance reviews and quality feedbacks.
• Assist in generating and reporting office performance metrics on a regular basis.
• Provide assistance in communicating with SFC and other pertinent regulators.
• Perform forecasting and scheduling to optimized operations.
• Assist in writing and maintaining proper documentation of all operations, policies, and procedures, including operational and risk control procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

 Requirements : 

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Minimum 5 years solid experience in futures operation management
• Previous experience in setting up new future department
• Holder of SFC RO license type 2 required
• Good command of written and spokenEnglish and Chinese including Putonghua
