Key Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for paying the company's overall strategy, product, operations, marketing, etc;  full control third-party payment company's overall value-added business operations;
2. Responsible for business marketing, risk management; continuous improvement to promote the company's internal control system, improve the system of advance payment;
3. Responsible for the management regulatory authorities, testing organizations for business, internal control, anti-money ldering, technology, contingency plans and other work;
4. Responsible for employee incentive and assessment work;
5. Responsible for third-party payment and related areas of product innovation and research and development.

Job requirements:

 
1. Bachelor or above degree-holder in Commerce, preferably in finance; more than three years of work experience in the payment institution;
2. has a financial or work experience in the Internet industry;
3. familiar with the operating status of the third-party payment industry, has cooperation experience or bank payments industry background preferred;
4. with a team-building, institutional capacity-building process, international cooperation, market activities, a high degree of responsibility;
5. with a certain amount of project resources industry, good communication and integration of resources;
6. with the overall strategic vision, there are far-sighted, predictability;
7. quick thinking, logic is strong, has a good sense of innovation and risk awareness;
