This is a sizable PRC based HK listed conglomerate with subsidiaries mainly in the APAC regions, due to their expansion plan and strong M&A activities. They are currently seeking a Treasury Manager to join their finance team based in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

You will prepare forecasts and strategic planning schedules, develop and recommend financing strategy to Directors. You will involve in cash pooling, China-Hong Kong cross-border fund arrangements on a regular basis. You will provide periodic reports and special studies for management review. You will support activities in relations to Corporate and Project financing activities. You will assist in monitoring and supporting treasury dealing operation. You will perform daily operational activities including cash forecasting, fund transfers, inter-company and external financing fund arrangements. You will perform daily operational activities with banks including trade execution of money market instrument, spot FX and trade finance product.

Requirements

You will be a degree holder in Accounting and Finance or related disciplines with professional accounting qualification. You will have hands-on experience in monitoring and supporting group cash management operations, including fund balance management and bank accounts management. You will have a minimum of 6 years relevant experience gained from sizable HK listed companies or MNC. You will have solid experience in treasury experience, e.g. FX, Corporate and Project financing etc. Experience in M&A activities preferred. You will require occasional travelling to PRC and overseas. You will be fluent in English and Chinese.
