• To solicit business opportunities in respect of mortgage
• Generate referral opportunities from property agencies, solicitor firms and other viable sources

Requirements 

• Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
• Min. 2 years relevant experience, working as Marketing/Customer services post in Mortgage sector in banking/ property agency/ property developer preferable with proven success in mortgage sales. Familiar with mortgage procedures, documentation, and underwriting guidelines are also preferable.
• Good written and verbal communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Possess good network of potential alliances such as property agents or solicitor firms
• High integrity and initiative, meticulous, strong achievement drive and able to work independently
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese, Mandarin and Japanese. Japanese speaking is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office application
