• To solicit business opportunities in respect of mortgage
• Generate referral opportunities from property agencies, solicitor firms and other viable sources

 Requirements

• Min. 2 years relevant experience with proven success in mortgage sales. Familiar with mortgage procedures, documentation, and underwriting guidelines are preferable.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Possess good network of potential alliances such as property agents or solicitor firms
• High integrity and initiative, meticulous, strong achievement drive and able to work independently
• Good command of English and Chinese (Putonghua is an advantage)
• Proficiency in MS Office application
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Account Manager
