CallisonRTKL seeks a Project Architect with extensive project design and delivery experience to join Commercial group located in Hong Kong. The position is for an architect experienced with commercial mix-used projects.

Responsibilities

• Leads the documentation process for large scale domestic commercial office and multi-family residential mixed use projects
• Manages and mentors design team staff for design quality, technical detailing and presentation
• Represents the project or practice as a key contact for client interactions
• Serves as a contributor during client meetings and presentations
• Collaborates with other lead professionals to ensure design and documentation are in accordance with project expectations
• Contributes to business development by fostering client confidence, actively encourages and seeks opportunities for follow-up business and develops and participates in interviews for potential projects
• Responsible for design quality and design deliverables

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture at an accredited university
• 9-15 years of architecture experience
• Professional registration required
• Ability to prioritize and concurrently service multiple projects
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Effective problem solving and interpersonal skills and ability to interface with all clients and employees
• Interacts well with other disciplines and clients in a manner that builds productive relationships
• Proficient in Revit, CAD, Sketchup and hand drawing as needed to lead and develop the design documentation process
• LEED accreditation preferred
• Hong Kong permanent resident
