Job Description
- Assist Management on Human Resources and Administration of the company;
- Plan and manage recruitment and selection of employees, conduct new employee orientation, identify and manage training and development needs for employees;
- Maintain and implement human resources policies and procedures as per group HR policy;
- Prepare and calculate monthly salary and MPF for the company;
- Responsible for administrative works of the company;
- Maintains workflow and enhance administrative procedures for the company.
- Assist in ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration/Human Resources Management;
- Have a minimum of 3 years HR and Admin experience;
- Good at English;
- Good knowledge of Labour Ordinance;
- Work independently and self-motivated and highly integrity;
- Careful, detail oriented, honest, diligent, devoted to work;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
