The candidate will work in a dynamic and international team. Working in the role of an Order Handling & Procurement Clerk requires solid skills in the areas of order processing, inventory management as well as sales and administrative support.

Job Duties:

The role of the Order Handling & Procurement Clerk includes the following scope of duties:

1) Order Processing

• Follow up E-Commerce orders in ERP systems
• Coordinate shipments for order and sample delivery

2) Inventory Management

• Monitor inventory level in different warehouse locations
• Coordinate stock transfer between local and overseas warehouse

3) Business Development Support

• Communicate with local & overseas suppliers and customers
• Compile sales, costs and expenses reports for management review
• General administrative duties

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Minimum 2 years experience in order handling or procurement field (knowledge in accounting and ERP system is an advantage)
• Detail-minded with strong sense of responsibility
• Stable and self-motivated team player
• Ability to communicate in English (speaking & writing)
