Responsibilities:

• Daily monitor all loan accounts and take necessary actions for delinquent cases
• Formulate and collaborate with collection staff / branch staff to review and comply with internal collection work flow and guidelines
• Analyze collection data and report to Management Team
• Make courtesy calls to new clients
• Manage the whole process of Restructuring Loan

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in debt recovery, mortgage, retail finance and margin lending, with exposure in underwriting, credit control and relevant administration
• Familiar with finance documents and collections process in Hong Kong
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills
• Good verbal and written command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
