Responsibilities:

• Key account management, such as order follow up, sampling, sales co-ordination, pricing, quotation, delivery control etc.
• Execute and monitor order processing
• Liaise with logistic arrangement
• Liaise with suppliers for new product development
• Generate sales reports and purchase reports
• Support ad hoc projects assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is a must with previous experience in a similar position, preferably in luxury goods industry
• Minimum 1 – 2 years working experience in wholesale, retail or demand planning
• Fluent in English, Mandarin & Chinese, both written and spoken
• Proficient in MS office applications especially PowerPoint, Excel & Word
• Self-motivated, independent, multi-task and able to work under pressure
• Detailed-oriented, well-organized, problem-solving, analytical thinking
