The person: 

• High level of proficiency in spoken & written Cantonese, English and proficiency in Mandarin
• 1-3 years of experience in any of the following areas preferred: customer service, merchandising, retail sales, e-commerce, sales admin
• Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy helping people
• Knowledge of fashion preferred
• Previous experience in customer service and hospitality a definite advantage
• Articulate & confident manner on the telephone or through all kinds of written communication channels
• Good organizational skills and ability to assimilate information and learn quickly.
• Proficient in Chinese Word processing

The job:  

• Handle customers’ correspondence, emails, telephone queries and requests in a tactful and timely manner for Asia eCommerce Contact Center of a World-Class Luxury fashion brand
• Handle inquiries regarding delivery, post-sales, transaction and payment support
• Shift Duties within the following hours: Mon–Fri 0900 -1900
• 5-day work per week
• Working Location: Sheung Wan
