We are looking for new employees to fill the key roles in our new Spanish restaurant in Whampoa!

 

Pastry and Dessert Chef 甜品師 

Pastry Commis 初級甜品師

  

Job Description 職責:

 

  • Provide innovative pastry and dessert dishes that fit restaurants / bar theme and standards.

                        協助研發甜品糕點菜式

  • Daily restaurant operation, preparation and serving of pastry & other quality desserts

                       日常餐廳運作,預備及製作甜品

  • Maintain company guidelines and food standards

                        根據公司指引及食物衛生安全標準,管理及督導甜品團隊

  • Co-working with Operation Manager to advise and comment on company’s new policies

                        與營運經理共同討論及研究公司新策略

  • Management of the pastry team, including staff training, staff roster, stocks and budget control

                         領導和管理廚房團隊,包括培訓,員工值勤表,存貨和控制預算

 

Requirements 入職要求:

 

  • Creative, Passionate about pastry and dessert, knowledge and experience in pastry

                         有創意,對甜品製作有熱誠,具備甜品製作經驗及知識

  • Minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience in Barista or Pastry

                         一年或以上咖啡或甜品工作經驗

  • Preferably with pre-opening experiences

                         有新餐廳開業經驗者優先

 

Sous Chef 副主廚

Chef de Partie/Line Cook 主管廚師

Commis 助理廚師  (熱爐/凍房)

 

Job Description 職責:

 

  • Provide innovative new dishes (Spanish Fusion Asian Dishes) that fit restaurants / bar theme and standards.

                         協助研發新菜式 (西班牙菜Fusion亞洲菜)

  • Maintain company guidelines and food standards

                         根據公司指引及食物衛生安全標準,管理及督導廚房團隊

  • Co-working with Operation Manager to advise and comment on company’s new policies

                         與營運經理共同討論及研究公司新策略

  • Daily kitchen operation, management of the chef team, including staff training, staff roster, stocks and budget control

                         日常餐廳運作,領導和管理廚房團隊,包括培訓,員工值勤表,存貨和控制預算

 

Requirements 入職要求:

 

  • Creative, Passionate about Spanish Culinary and willing to provide innovative new dishes

                         有創意,對西班牙菜有熱誠,對研發菜式有興趣

  • Preferably with pre-opening and chef experiences of Spanish, Aisan restaurants 

                         有新餐廳開業經驗和西班牙及亞洲菜廚師經驗者優先
