Job Description
Job Duties:
- Coordinate and arrange shipment schedule with various parties.
- Able to handle full set of I/E documents for US market independently
- Handle shipment schedule, booking, customer requirements and coordinate with factory on ship documents
- Monitor all shipments in transit and alert needed parties in case of any problems.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of shipping experience & familiar with U.S. market.
- Strong analytical thinking, reliability, problem solving & work independently.
- Good command in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Occassional travel to Shenzhen office located at Shangri-la Hotel (just 5 mins walk from Lo Wu border)
- Immediate available is preferred.
Job Type : Full Time
Working Days Per Week : 5 days
Working Hours : From 09:30 to 17:30
Working Location : Tsim Sha Tsui
