With employment opportunities that range from the vine to the glass, we’re currently searching for a Trade Marketing Coordinator to be based in Hong Kong.
Together with the Customer & Consumer Marketing team you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of the Trade Marketing activities in Hong Kong as well as the rest of the Asia region.  

 Requirements

  • Marketing/Business Degree 
  • Minimum 2-5 years in a Marketing related role preferably in the beverage category.
  • Advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task, meet deadlines and commitments.

Key outputs:

  • Assist in the development of materials to support the aligned sales and customer teams trade marketing initiatives in Hong Kong
  • Maintain the internal systems required to support the commitments of the rolling 18 month trade activation plan developed in conjunction with sales managers
  • Processing of invoices from our supplier base to support the  “trade marketing suite”, available for implementation with key customers
  • Efficient management of internal reporting of spend systems to ensure visibility to actual spend and saving against the Customer and Consumer Marketing budget
  • Producing the material required for key account and distributor meetings, including quality presentations and concepts for GWP and Trade Marketing initiatives
  • Manage the workflow and outputs of yourself to ensure the required velocity is achieved to drive the activities into the relative markets
  • Work with the Customer and Consumer Coordinator to ensure that wine makers’ visits achieve the sales and marketing objectives set.
  • Other responsibilities as directed.
