Duties: 

For marketing / product jobs:

• Design, implement and monitor effective marketing campaigns for retail banking products such as credit card, loan, mortgage and deposit
• Keep abreast of market conditions and competitors offers to ensure the best customized and competitive products and offers are being marketed to the relevant segment of customers
• Achieve bank KPIs such as new customer acquisition, product usage stimulation, product profitability maximization, customer engagement and customer satisfaction stimulation purposes.

For sales jobs:

• Promote and sell banks products and services to targeted customer segments
• Pleasant and outgoing personality with high efficiency to approach customers which are from internal bank referrals and cold calls
• Mature and effective work style to close deals and to explore new business opportunities from customer by understanding their needs and spending habits.

For analytics jobs:

• Analyze customer segments, demographics, product usage pattern, high-low season, customer spending amount, etc. to generate suggestions and advices to internal teams for sales and marketing teams usage
• Spotlight and generate business leads from customer data pools

Requirements: 

For all jobs:

• Degree education
• Minimum 3 years relevant work experiences in banking / finance / insurance companies
• Business driven mindset with proven track record
• Strong communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English

Addition requirements for analytics jobs:

• Hands-on and highly proficient in using SAS, SPSS, SQL, Cognos, R and other analytics software / platform as daily major tool for customer analytics duties
• Work with large size data pools of customer and business data
