Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient and cost effective operational running of allocated properties of facilities and provision of quality service to clients
  • Monitor execution of works
  • Ensure adherence to property leases and compliance with statutory requirements
  • Act as interface between tenants and clients
  • Manage and liaise with site teams and other professionals to provide comprehensive service to clients

 

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma/Certificate level qualifications in property management or equivalent
  • 1-3 years’ related working experience
  • Up-to-date knowledge of legislations concerning property management
  • Strong communication skills and presentation skills
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidates with less academic qualification or experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Property Officer
