Job duties:

• To provide support to Committee(s), Board(s) of Directors, and working group(s)
• To plan, execute and monitor strategic development and service plans, and to drive innovation and service quality improvement in service units
• To monitor and control the budget of service unit
• To develop and co-ordinate resource development strategies, and to network with collaborators and stakeholders
• To co-ordinate staff manpower planning and training of the rehabilitation division
• To perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• A relevant university degree
• 8 years management experience in which over 3 years in senior management level, preferably with relevant experiences in Non-Governmental Organization (NGO)
• Strong leadership, managerial skills and effectiveness in problem solving situations
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
• Flexible, practical and proactive attitude
• Excellent writing skill. Good command of English and Chinese and hands-on computer literacy
• Willing to work in flexi hours
