Responsibilities:

• Handle trade bookings for Cash Equities.

• Work closely with traders to ensure accurate and efficient of trade bookings.

• Liaise with clients and custody bank to make sure trades settled on time.

• Coordinate between clients and custody bank by phone and email re trade query and settlement issues.

• Maintain reconciliation to ensure proper control of risk management is in place.

Qualification:

• Degree holder in Finance or commerce

• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply while relevant working experience will be an advantage

• Possess excellent communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese

• Able to work under pressure and highly dynamic environment

• Immediately available is must
