Duties:

To carry out program evaluation and other research work. Work includes designing and making measurement tools, administering quantitative and qualitative data collection (e.g. questionnaires and focus group interviews), analyzing data with statistical software (SPSS), and writing regular research reports.

Requirements:

1. Applicants should be holders of research degree or above, specializing in social sciences, psychology, or education;
2. Working experience in program evaluation, social sciences research, or education research is preferable;
3. Individuals without research degree but with solid training and/or experience in program evaluation or social science research may also be considered;
4. Applicants are expected to possess good writing skills (Chinese and English).
