Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Preparing Quotations, Service Reports and Renewal Maintenance Contract.
• Handling After-Sales Service Enquiries by phones and emails.
• Following up Orders and Payment Status, Spare Parts Allocation, Replacements and Returns.
• Installations, Repairs and Preventive Maintenance Jobs Arrangement.
• Providing Ad-hoc Support to Assistant Manager
  

Ideal Candidate Should Be:

• Excellent command of written and spoken English, and Cantonese.
• HKCEE with 5 Pass, (Including Chinese, English (Syllabus B), Mathematics)
• Diploma Graduates of HK IVE (Institution Vocational Education) or above;
• Good Telephone Manner, Pleasant and Hard-Working
• At least 3 years working experience in Customer Service Field, less experience will be also considerate as Customer Service Assistant.
• Immediate Available is essential
