 Responsibilities:-

  • Promptly respond the correspondence, emails, faxes and web-forms from members related to reservations and ticketing
  • Handle reservation related enquiries
  • Assist in handling incoming calls during peak traffic hours
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as allocated by R&T Team Leader / Manager

Requirements:-

  • Minimum Form 5 or Secondary School graduate with pass in English plus 1 year’s working experiences in customer/member service industry; candidates with higher academic qualifications also welcome to apply
  • Ability to communicate effectively and through all media
  • Customer/member service orientated and good interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Good command of written English and Chinese
