Job Description
Key Responsibility
l General office duties: handling phone calls, reception duties, filing, stationery ordering, clerical work
l Travel arrangements for staff
l Preparation of important events, clients meeting and training classes
l Preparation of workstation, staff badges for new joiners
l Assist Finance department for invoice management
l Report to office manager
l All kinds of administrative works if required
Requirement:
l Must have strong and relevant experience, at least 5 years preferred
l Mature, diligent, friendly and responsible personality preferred
l Very good communication and interpersonal skills
l Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
l Willing to work extra hour when necessary
