Responsibilities:

• ŸAssist the team to develop the systems access management framework for the new banking system
• Assist to handle the User ID maintenance requests
• Ensure security related account requests are properly authorized, compliance with security policy, and sufficient information is supplied
• Perform system/application account administration, and implements security control request of application projects and operation systems
• Assist the department in taking care of various clerical and general office administration duties
• Prepare statistical report and documentation
• Prepare internal and external correspondences

Requirements:

• University graduate in Information Technology or Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years´ relevant work experience preferably in banking industry
• Familiar with computer-related products and facilities
• Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both spoken & written English & Chinese
• Excellent in contract development, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively multi-task and manage time, Detail-minded with high level of integrity
• Proactive, strong problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure
