Job Description

Role Description:

The Senior Manager, Performance Media is responsible for day-to-day management of a client account and driving business success across Performance Media channels (paid search, paid social and programmatic display) as well as partnering with social and SEO teams for content marketing solutions. Senior Managers at Resolution will not only be responsible for overseeing the Specialists on their accounts, but may also be assigned to assist with training others on Resolution approaches, processes and standards.

 

Business Responsibilities:

  • Ability to manage personal and professional opinions in line with company direction.
  • Constantly seeking out direction on how to best represent the company’s desired path to achieving goals.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Resolution specialists.
  • Participate in presentations, conference calls to assist teams across OMD and PHD in other markets.
  • Work with team leaders to construct robust forecasting and opportunity reports with detailed recommendations for clients
  • Project manage and hand over strategies to the search and performance teams for execution
  • Provide support to Resolution Directors in preparing and researching POV and White Papers.
  • Drive internal communication with teams across Omnicom Media Group as appropriate, and provide consultative services to assist with business and account development
  • Provide new business support to Directors
  • Participate in weekly team / account meetings and offer ideas and suggestions to improve and evolve optimizations

 

Client Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for effectively managing campaign spend across biddable media platforms by implementing bid and budget changes including ownership and delivery of pacing documents to appropriate teams monthly as defined by business
  • Manage client relationships and provide timely communications to clients for campaign management, optimisation and reporting.
  • Work closely with clients, OMD/PHD Singapore planning and digital teams to determine business needs and identify areas of opportunity to increase account growth and revenue
  • Act as senior client lead for clients assigned to this role
  • Communicate regarding the account as needed with appropriate engine, partners, and vendors
  • Format reports and provide top-line insights for on-going reports and post-buy analysis
  • Understand metrics and KPIs of account and continually suggest optimizations to improve campaign performance, ensuring that all optimisations are documented
  • Oversee process for new launches to coordinate IO with vendor and accuracy of upload and QA process
  • Develop knowledge of client’s business, competition and latest industry news and trends
  • Work with the Director to formulate and execute programmatic media strategies

 

People Responsibilities: 

  • Oversight and direction of associated Specialists
  • Provide direction to Specialists when assigning tasks
  • Oversee Specialists to ensure timely and accurate product or results delivery; provide input for Specialist performance reviews
  • Train Specialists on optimization tactics and account budget pacing strategies
  • Assist in training other employees on best practice and processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead meetings in the account lead’s absence
  • Ability to work in a team environment that promotes collaboration
  • Adept at communicating effectively across all levels
  • Capable of working successfully within a team as well as independently
  • Able to establish and maintain effective relationships interdepartmentally as well as those outside the team

Qualifications and Other Relevant Information:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 5+ years relevant search or programmatic media experience
  • Prior experience leading a team
  • Has experience in working across Asian markets and languages
