Job Description
Job duties:
- Provide 5-Star customer service to clients and visitors
- Perform reception and customer service duties including looking after customers, manage the reception area and treatment rooms, scheduling appointments, answering phone and email enquiries, and handling payments
- Provide the clinic’s service information to customers
- Assist in customers follow-up
- Provide clerical support and assist in ad-hoc projects
The Ideal Candidate:
- Form 7 or above or equivalent.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Cantonese. Mandarin is an advantage.
- Strong customer service minded. Good telephone manner. Excellent interpersonal communication skill and be able to work under pressure.
- Pleasant, cheerful, presentable, confident, self-motivated, organized, independent and a good team player.
- Minimum 3 years related work experience. Background/experience in sales or in hospitality an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Internet and computer operation.
- Interested in health and beauty.
- Able to work overtime occasionally.
