Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the project teams to carry out HR management system projects tasks and deliverable according to agreed time and cost estimates
  • Manage project communication, change management and stakeholder engagement plans
  • Develop and manage Project Management Plan (including scopes, timeline, resources, costs, risk and issues, inter-dependencies, assumptions etc.) 
  • Ensure all project costs are budgeted, forecasted, accrued and charged appropriately and on a timely basis
  • Develop and coach project team members to meet deliverable in accordance to enterprise governance methodology 
  • Collaborate with local and regional IT teams to manage and support integrations across systems
  • Liaising with business and it teams to coordinate the delivery of projects 

Requirements:  

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, HR, Information Technology/System, or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years’ hands-on experience in project management 
  • Prefer candidate has some industry experience in retail
  • Experience in supporting HRIS, Payroll, Learning Management Systems, Workflow Management and Web Content Management. 
  • Knowledge in HRIS or any other HCM systems is preferable.
  • Experience in user requirements gathering, functional document into technical specification
  • Vendor Management experience is desired 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
