Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Provide the full spectrum of networking troubleshooting support ((i.e. routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, etc.)
Conduct fault investigation on LAN/WAN escalated issues
Monitor & measure the performance & availability of systems proactively; implement corrective actions identified to improve performance & service level availability.
Provide technical support and consultation for enhancement and change to network configuration

Requirements:

Degree / Diploma in Computer Science or a related discipline
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in troubleshooting & configuring routers / switches, firewalls and load balancers, VPN,
Hands-on experience in CISCO products, TCP/IP, firewalls, LAN / WAN, DHCP, DNS, OSPF and BGP
CCNA / CCNP certification would be an advantages
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient language skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese
