The incumbent is responsible for maintaining all major system facilities and their proper usage by internal staff, and to be responsible for overall network infrastructure support.

Job accountabilities:

• Supervise the Technical Support colleagues to provide helpdesk services to users
• Assist the Systems Manager to manage IT resources on all responsible projects
• Assist the Systems Manager to manage systems development / networking projects
• Provide IT training to end-users
• Assist in maintaining proper usage of all IT equipment by end-users
• Install software and hardware on all PC equipment
• Help increasing user satisfaction by responding to service calls from internal staff
• Perform any ad hoc project as assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma holder in Computer Science
• At least 3 years of related experience in IT
• Holder of ITIL V3 Foundation certificate is preferable but not a must
• Sound knowledge of VM Virtualization, AD, SCCM, Windows Server 2008/2012
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Working location: Tai Po
