Objectives & Scope: 

• Takes charge of all finance, accounting, taxation and treasury functions for HK companies
• Oversees accounting issues for PRC mainland operations

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• To handle full set of books for HK companies
• To handle all accounting matters including voucher preparation and payment processing.
• Month end closing (including the preparation of balance sheet schedule for quarter-end closing, inter-co current accounts reconciliation and deferred tax schedule)
• To consolidate all Fixed Assets Register and additional Fixed Assets List
• To follow up the interim audit and financial audit
• To oversee accounting issues for mainland operations
• To handle any ad hoc job

Requirements:                                               

• University graduate with professional accounting qualification
• 3 - 5 years’ working experience
• 1 - 2 years’ managerial experience
• Previous PRC exposure is highly preferred
• Proficient in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
• Self initiative, proactive, ability to work under pressure and strong communications skills
