Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage the whole recruitment process for the Operations Team
- Responsible for staff recruitment and full employment cycle including job advertisement posting, interview, offer and contract preparation, on boarding and induction process for new hires
- Plan and execute recruitment activities such as job fairs and recruitment day
- Communicate with all levels of staff and external partners for HR related matters
- Maintain timely and accurate employee data and profile
- Prepare and update various regular HR reports in quality and timely manner
- Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- 4 - 6 years’ relevant experience gained from sizable organization
- Hands-on recruitment experience in F&B, hotel, hospitality or travel industry preferably
- Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other regulatory practices
- Detail-minded, well organized with strong analytical mind, great initiative with least supervision
- Capable to handle multi-tasks projects and work under pressure
- Excellent time management skill, strong in communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
