Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage the whole recruitment process for the Operations Team
• Responsible for staff recruitment and full employment cycle including job advertisement posting, interview, offer and contract preparation, on boarding and induction process for new hires
• Plan and execute recruitment activities such as job fairs and recruitment day
• Communicate with all levels of staff and external partners for HR related matters
• Maintain timely and accurate employee data and profile
• Prepare and update various regular HR reports  in quality and timely manner
• Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• 4 - 6 years’ relevant experience gained from sizable organization
• Hands-on recruitment experience in F&B, hotel, hospitality or travel industry preferably
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other regulatory practices
• Detail-minded, well organized with strong analytical mind, great initiative with least supervision
• Capable to handle multi-tasks projects and work under pressure
• Excellent time management skill, strong in communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
