Job Descriptions:

• Support the team's daily operations and sales activities to maximize an operation efficiency
• Support retail team in coordinating daily operational issues such as store maintenance,  uniform arrangement, POP distribution,  commission calculation etc
• Coordinate and assist regular stock take, sales orders, invoices, logistics and follow-up tasks
• Prepare monthly reports, presentations and other information as required
• Support retail team with analytics and creating various reports where needed, e.g. daily sales report, customer tracking, product sales analysis, stockholding and inventory analysis, monthly sales summary etc
• Coordinate the stock take for each retail store with logistics and finance departments
• Work and coordinate with marketing team for store event, marketing activity, etc
• Act as the bridge between the Stores and the internal office for any communications
• Provide administrative support to the department including travel arrangement, expenses claims, leave management etc
• Provide secretarial support to General Manager

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder in any disciplines
• At least 2 years relevant working experience in retail industry
• Experience in consumer electronics and home appliances is an advantage
• Self-motivated, detailed-oriented and proactive
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge in Techtran is an advantage
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
