Financial planner

 Requirements 

  • University degree or above (fresh graduates are welcomed)
  • Hold a valid Hong Kong Identity Card (new non-local graduates IANG are welcomed)
  • Ambitious, motivated, responsible, and outgoing
  • Have good interpersonal skills and communication skills

Junior Secretary

Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient, accurate and responsive secretarial and administrative support to the team
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and telephone calls
  • Assist and arrange meetings, including client meetings

Requirements:

  • Good administrative and management skills
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal relationship
  • Attention to details and efficiency
  • Good command of Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office application 
  • Flexible, cheerful, stable with pleasant personality
  • Immediate availability is preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Providing full range of secretarial and administrative support including internal and external communication to the manager;
  • Managing daily workflows and business correspondence independently;
  • Arranging executive meetings, business appointments, travel itineraries and accommodation effectively and efficiently;
  • Delivering other duties assigned by the director;
  • Assist the Management in personal matters

Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 years of working experience
  • Native Mandarin speaker preferred, proficient in English and/or Cantonese would be a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Responsible, self-motivated, well-organized and willing to learn
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure
  • Frequently travel required
  • Immediate available is preferred
