Responsibilities:

• Assist in the overall project activities on competency development
• To be responsible for conducting interviews with key stakeholders to collect information for competency development including but not limited to the desired job behaviors of different positions etc
• Participate in various meetings with relevant parties as required to identify key functional competencies models for the assigned divisions
• Prepare and develop structured functional competencies for the assigned divisions for management’s review
• Provide input/feedback on the overall competency development process 

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resource, Translation or Language related with at least 3 years of HR related working experience
• Knowledge in competency model with relevant exposure in competency development will be an advantage
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of written English & fluent in Cantonese
• Self-starter with strong sense of initiative
• Immediate available is preferred
