Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Setup classrooms, computers and audio-visual aids
- Handle bulk and document delivery, copying and record keeping
- Reception duties & clerical duties
- Liaise with lecturers & students
- Other duties assigned by the officer-in-charge
- (Required to wear a full set of uniform)
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- Basic English & Computer Knowledge
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
Day Shift
- Working Hour: Mon – Fri: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm; Sat: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
Night Shift
- Working Hour: Mon – Fri: 3:30 OR 4:30 pm – 11:00 pm; Sat: 1:00 pm – 11:00 pm OR Sun: 8:00 am – 7:00 pm ( Total: 47 hours per week )
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly salary: HK$9,080
- Full sponsorship for further studies e.g. Bachelor degree
