Responsibilities:

• Identify training needs and develop training plans with regular review and evaluation on training content to cope with business expansion
• Deliver training courses on customer services and sales for frontline and supervisory staff in Hong Kong and PRC
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure smooth implementation of training programs
• To handle other projects as assigned

Requirements: 

• With a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Training and Development, preferably with knowledge and/or experience in contact centre industry
• Strong customer service/sales mindset with proven track record in developing and conducting training programs for frontline staff, as well as shaping customer service and sales cultures
• Independent, organized and proactive in driving good result and continuous improvement
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with different levels of employees
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin)
• Familiar with MS office, especially PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Frequent travelling to PRC is required
• Familiar with MS office, especially PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
