The incumbent will be responsible to ensure proper implementation of ISO22000 food safety management system and conduct regular inspection at food outlets. S/he will ensure products comply with regulatory standard, create quality technical specification, create data collection techniques with suppliers, direct supply chain audit, and provide quality workmanship standard. S/he will also communicate and provide guidance to the respective sections to ensure quality or hygiene requirements are implemented smoothly and swiftly.

Requirements:

- Degree or above in Food Science, Quality Management or related disciplines
- At least 3 years’ relevant working experience in food safety and quality assurance
- Knowledge on HACCP and ISO9001 or ISO22000 is preferred
- Experience in food safety management or quality assurance programs is preferred
- Computer literacy in MS Office
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
