Responsibilities:

• Source latest digital technologies and tools serving different marketing purposes, such as customer data segmentation, visual optimization, marketing automation and personalization, website analytics etc.
• Research and showcase knowledge in UI/UX design best practices, and latest trends and technologies
• Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
• Work with brand owners, developers, copywriters and UX designers to improve the user interface of all digital platforms, develop detailed user requirements and conduct UAT based on project objective
• Participate in software development lifecycle process, prepare necessary documentation, perform user acceptance test, arrange the logistics for new service rollout, provide training and conduct quality checking

 Requirements:

• University graduate with at least 4 years working experience in handling website UX/UI and SEO projects
• Good knowledge in latest marketing technologies such as Lytics, Optimizely, Google Analytics, LoginRadius etc. ;
• Experience in handling eCommerce website UX/UI and SEO project serving global customers;
• Self motivated, detailed minded, and able to work independently;
• Highly creative, energetic, eager to learn new technology and a good team player;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Competent to work in a fast-paced and dynamic eCommerce environment;
• Passionate about digital/online marketing
