Job Responsibilities:

• Independently handle project liaison for and control for implementation and compliance of transactions with minimum supervision;
• Perform business analysis and contract review for transactions especially for financing;
• Carry out ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of solid experience in relevant discipline.
• CFA / CPA or recognized professional qualifications preferred;
• Good sense on commercial practice and products in the financing/banking industry;
• Previous exposure in cross border financing/ transactions is highly preferred;
• Prior PRC exposure is an advantage;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin;
• A team player with strong initiative, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills and;
• Self-motivated, result oriented and able to work under a dynamic high growth environment.
