Job Description
Working period: Dec 2013 – 31 May 2014
The incumbent will provide administrative and clerical support to the Facilities Maintenance Department in daily office administration, procurement, and spare parts/materials inventory control. Besides, he/she will also responsible for managing the Maximo system, workforce management system, eDoc system & ERP system as well as other administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· Degree/High Diploma or above in Business/ Marketing/ Administration or related disciplines
· With at least 3 years’ clerical working experience in engineering field
· Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
· Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
· Well-organized, mature, responsible, with ability to work under pressure and meet
tight deadline
