Responsibilities:-

• Manage product development life cycle, develop appropriate trade finance and cash management product solutions in accordance with client needs
• Monitor product performance, prepare business reports and propose recommendation to enhance existing products
• Collaborate with corporate marketing units, internal stakeholders and product specialists in varies line of businesses to develop appropriate products
• Coordinate with related risk owners and corresponding persons in relation to risk monitoring and controlling
• Conduct product due diligence and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Conduct product review and give recommendation in product improvement
• Promote usage of trade and cash products, support front office to provide product consulting, training and develop product marketing materials
• Initiate market strategies in response to dynamic market conditions to enhance the competitiveness and profitability of new products

Requirements:-

• University graduate in a relevant disciplines
• Minimum 5+ relevant experience
• Experience in product development with in-depth knowledge of cash management and traditional trade services
• Good understanding of other trade services, receivable, supply chain finance and factoring
• Working knowledge in treasury/cash management and credit analysis
• Analytical with excellent problem-solving skill and strategic mindset
• Proactive with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable
