Responsibilities

• Assist in performing fund administration and operation functions;
• Support fund managers in daily fund operations, such as preparing fund reports, fund valuation report verification,process fund subscription and redemption; trade settlement and fee payment;
• Perform records maintenance and monitoring report preparation;
• Liaise with parent company, internal department and subsidiaries on various fund operations task;
• Liaise with fund administrator, brokers, custodian, auditors and other vendors for handling various fund operations task;
• Assist in performing any ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration and Finance is preferred.
• 1-2 years' experience in the fund management or related industry is preferred.
• Good knowledge in fund dealing and administration.
• Good interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Positive attitude and self-motivated.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua).
