Job Responsibilities:

• Validate initiatives raised by business stakeholders, and partner with the business to shape new systems/solutions initiatives
• Develop internal stakeholders' business requirements, translating business requirements into functional design documentation
• Work with users to identify system needs and produce specifications for the system requirements
• Provide consultancy and propose solutions to business departments that effectively resolve their operation and business problems
• Liaise with various business teams on new requests and coordinate for development and deployment
• Liaise with various internal teams and external parties for the most effective and efficient solutions, coordinate User Acceptance Testing with end users
• Perform QA review / sign off prior to the UAT phase; coordinate UAT including issue tracking & fix activities
• Develop training materials and prepare system demo
• Work closely with Corporate IT team and outsourcing partners on operation monitoring and 1st level support to ensure data availability and accuracy after the system go lives
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or related disciplines with minimum 5 years’ experience in business analysis or product management role in hospitality systems 
• Knowledge in e-commerce system development and experience working with offshore delivery centers would be an advantage
• Experience in Microsoft SQL language, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, SSAS Cube development and ETL programming
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Cantonese including Mandarin
• Strong business acumen and ability to “lead the business requirements” is a must
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and able to build and manage successful relationships with counterparts and IT team
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with strong background in creating functional requirements and functional specifications
• Organized; able to manage and prioritize own workload, proactive and a team worker
• Self-motivated, confident, good team player with excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Sound understanding of the IT application development life-cycle, good practices, application testing etc.
• SQLskill set is required for troubleshooting / data extracts/ master data review
• Ability to drive results and effectively influence others
