Job Duties:

• Report to the board in rising compliance awareness; advice and support the business in transactions and compliance issues to ensure that both China and local compliance policies, standards and requirements are fully adhered to.
• Develop validate and maintain credit risk rating models for retail and corporate and implement portfolio credit risk strategies.
• Conduct credit reviews in evaluation and analysis of all existing and potential clients. • Monitor risks on a daily basis of account receivable and credit exposure with prompt reporting and appropriate action to deal with irregularities.
• Responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating corporate and commercial agreements; and providing legal advice on a wide spectrum of day-to-day issues.
• Monitor and manage renewal of contracts and agreements of the company.
• Carry out and complete ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by Management.
• Validate proper data for a specific analysis
• Visually interpret data in graphic form
• Determine the limitations of risk metrics
• Perform liquidity risk analysis
• Perform stress testing and scenario analysis
• Interpret and evaluate the results of stress tests and scenario analyzes Understand the impact on policy decisions or directions on risk

Requirements :

• Degree holder or above in related disciplines
• At least 2 years' solid experience in Risk Management, Internal Control or Internal Audit
• Experience of Risk Management, Internal Control or Internal Audit in mainland China or PRC enterprise is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent Putonghua is a must
• Strong analytical mind, detail oriented, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Proficiency in PC applications
• Frequent travel to various locations like Mainland China and Korea is expected
