Responsibilities:

• Property management with office administration
• To oversee the repair and maintenance conditions of the properties
• Coordinate with workers repair work and progress of installation
• Monitor the works and services performed by contractors
• Design sense for building fit-out construction projects
• Monitor building systems long-term performance and resolve problems

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Facility and Property Management / Building Engineering, Electrical & Mechanical, Building Services or related disciplines
• Minimum of 2-3 years related working experience in facility management / property management
• Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance and Government Procedure would be advantage
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing;
• Good interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, detailed-minded, and ability to work under pressure
• Tuen Mun area
• Work alternative Saturday
