Responsibilities 

• Assist Directors in researching data for valuation and advisory services assignments.
• Carry out site inspections, conducting valuations, and enriching the databank.
• Assist with maintenance of database.

Requirements

• Work with the Valuation and Advisory Services Department.
• Bachelor degree or diploma in Surveying / Real Estate or related studies.
• Applicants with at least 2 years of local valuation experience preferred for Valuer.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Familiar with Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Word Processing applications and other statistic analysis tools.
• High self-motivation, good communication skills with strong organization and problem solving abilities.

**Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Valuer
