Job Summary       

1)     Assist in staff management ensuring practices and processes are followed out as required.

2)     Provide animal talks for visitors.  

3)     To cover allocated Supervisors’ responsibilities when they are absent.    

Requirements 

• Commitment to the mission, vision and values of KFBG.
• At least 3 years relevant working experience, with hands-on experience in animal husbandry and team supervision. (Candidates with less experience may be considered for a lower post)
• Form 7 or above with certificate of animal husbandry or related subjects.
• Relevant experience in staff training, coaching and management
• Demonstrated enthusiasm regarding conservation and animal care issues.
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Physically fit to work in outdoor environment and in adverse weather.
• Willing to work in weekends and public holidays.
• Confident in public speaking.
• Able to work independently and also work in team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, responsible and friendly.  
• Valid HK vehicle driving license preferable.

工作職責

• 協助管理員工，以確保他們按照既定程序執行工作。
• 向參觀者提供動物講解。
• 如上級缺席時須頂替其工作。

招聘條件

• 能配合本園之使命、願景及價值。
• 有3年或以上動物護理工作及督導經驗 (經驗較少之申請人將被考慮任職較低職位。)
• 中七或以上程度，修畢動物護理證書或相關課程。
• 有培訓、指導及管理員工的相關經驗。
• 對保育及動物護理工作有熱誠。
• 良好中、英語溝通及書寫能力。
• 對電腦運用有基本認識。
• 體能可應付在惡劣天氣下的戶外工作。
• 願意於星期日及假期上班。
• 有信心對公眾作動物講解。
• 能獨立工作及具良好的團隊合作精神。
• 有良好溝通及人際關係技巧。
• 誠實、盡責及友善。
• 持有效香港私家車駕駛執照者優先考慮。
