We are looking for Head of MVNO leading and building the new MVNO team for a regional telecommunications in HK. The main responsibility is to manage the MVNO product management, sales, marketing and operations for the new product.

Job Responsibilities:

• Directly report to the General Manager, establishes MVNO systems and platforms, launches the services with internal project team.
• Develops strategic plan, budgets and results measurement, allocating resources, reviewing process.
• Establishing procurement, production, marketing, technical services, countries policies and practices workflow with international standards
• Maintains effective relationship with customers, government, enforcing ethical business practices.

Job Requirements:

• University graduate preferably from Business Administration, Engineering or Telecommunications related disciplines
• Minimum 15 years relevant experience from ICT and telecom with MVNO exposure
• Candidate with general business management experience will be top priority
• Presentable, analytical and sociable
• Good written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
