Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities

Ÿ   Provide quality customer services and maintain good client relations

Ÿ   Handle client's enquiries and assist in account openings

Ÿ   Provide quotation and perform trade execution

Ÿ   Assist RO in daily operation and provide administrative support to the team

Ÿ   Perform ad hoc projects as required

Requirements

Ÿ   Degree holder in Finance, Economics or related disciplines

Ÿ   Holder of SFC Type 1&2 Licenses is preferred.

Ÿ   1-2 years of relevant working experience is an advantage

Ÿ   Customer service oriented and good command of spoken Chinese including Cantonese and Putonghua

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer.
