Job Description
Our client, an Investment bank, is currently looking for a Trade Floor Support to join their team in Hong Kong to capitalize the market potential.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver superior End User Experience and ensure a managed, secure End User environment
- Provide Level 1 to Level 2 desktop infrastructure support to end users (traders)
- Handle user questions, complaints and problems, tracking, measuring
- Troubleshooting and resolution of the Microsoft Windows desktop environment
- Report and escalate problems in a timely manner
Job Requirements:
- Experienced in providing desktop support / helpdesk service to end users
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Windows desktop environment
- Previous working experience in banks would be an added advantage
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills
