Our client is seeking a Helpdesk to provide IT helpdesk support service to Asia Pacific regions. The ideal candidate should have knowledge in technical support, and excellent command of spoken English and Cantonese.

Responsibilities:

• Perform level 1 troubleshooting for technical problem
• Log and track incidents and handle the events
• Escalate to the related support teams and management team
• Monitor the system dashboard and monitoring tools

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in IT or equivalent
• Some helpdesk or IT technical support experience is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure and demanding environment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize simultaneous requests and issues
• Team player, strong written and verbal communication skills, and able to work independently with little direction
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
