Job Description
Our client is seeking a Helpdesk to provide IT helpdesk support service to Asia Pacific regions. The ideal candidate should have knowledge in technical support, and excellent command of spoken English and Cantonese.
Responsibilities:
- Perform level 1 troubleshooting for technical problem
- Log and track incidents and handle the events
- Escalate to the related support teams and management team
- Monitor the system dashboard and monitoring tools
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in IT or equivalent
- Some helpdesk or IT technical support experience is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure and demanding environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize simultaneous requests and issues
- Team player, strong written and verbal communication skills, and able to work independently with little direction
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
